We’re seeking dynamic, customer-focused Front Desk Coordinators to be the first point of contact for Kinks Couture! If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and supporting the daily operations of the salon. Your role will help shape the client experience and keep everything running smoothly!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer & manage all inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing them with information and support
  • Schedule appointments and confirm all future bookings (2-3 days prior)
  • Maintain daily communication (check voicemails, missed call logs, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and staff
  • Assist with inventory management, keeping salon supplies stocked and organized
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the salon, including folding towels and assisting stylists when needed
  • Complete daily reports, including ticket sales and cash drop reports
  • Perform store runs for basic salon supplies when necessary
  • Open and close the salon as directed, ensuring the reception area is neat and well-stocked
  • Handle filing, online searches, and additional tasks assigned by management

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to manage client interactions professionally
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and handle challenges with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma (or equivalent); additional office management certification is a plus

Job Types:

  • Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Compensation:

  • Pay range: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience and position)

Hours:

  • Cutler Bay:
    • Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed)
    • Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
    • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed)
  • Pembroke Pines:
    • Monday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (as needed)
    • Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office and customer service

  • In-person (no remote work)
